Do you like the name "Rob Heinsoo"?

This is taking the game away from its roots in traditional names like Gygax. I think that this is just more evidence that D&D is leaving me behind, seeking another target audience.

But then, I could tell the writing was on the walls with names like Bill Slavick and Mike Mearls coming out in 3e. Oh, the days of Monte Cook. That was a name you could hang your hat on and say it's D&D.
 


I wish it would make up it's mind to be either germanic or oriental... none of this wishy washy Heinsoo stuff. It could have been worse, it could have been Sakastein.
