What do you mean "house rulebook"?

Sure, it can be a collection of all kinds of other stuff, but the term "rulebook" tends to help it gain focus.

Other: I use Downlaoded art, but as character avatars because I can not draw. I don't use them for any house rule hand outs only because I never gave any hand outs with house rules.

I'm actually ordering some artwork from a local artist. She'll be drawing my LG centaur first, then I'll be asking her to draw some iconic personalities of my campaign world if she meets my expectations.
