Do you think Vin Diesel knows about ENWorld?

I found this place about 9 months or so ago because I was looking for a review of "of sound mind" on google. That search lead to a story hour here.

I am not vin diesel but I am Batman.

Who called Lexa an idiot and whats her screen name. 8)

You know what?

I don't care if Vin Diesel is on the boards. Vin's just a human being who is recorded on film. I may not like all of his films, but I'm sure hoping that he would do something with Jackie Chan.

That would be awesome. :D

Like that time, when he did that thing, with that other guy, and they went to that place.... That was awesome, too... :D [/Chris Farley]

EN World isn't as widespread as we'd like to believe. Out of the about 7 players who've floated through my game in the last 3 years, many of whom are more "hardcore" than I, none of them have ever heard of this site, aside from myself.

Indeed. Of the 20+ players in my 3 different intermixed groups who profess to follow the hobby as a priority, only 1 of them regularly posts or lurks here.

Arent we all Vin Diesel? Really, arent we?

Vin Diesel is and should rightly be a hero to all of the RPG dorks in the universe! Why? Because he lends validation to the fact that you are if fact not freaks. Just knowing that it OK to be a spooey geek because theres someone out there that does it too. Not just anyone mind you but the MAN! Yeah Baby! The Iron Giant himself.

Its very liberating.

We all need heros of all kinds for all sorts of reasons. Vin is a pretty good one. Ofcourse wouldnt you rather be your own hero?

Whats his real name? Derek Vincent or someting?

Riddick better be good! It looks fun and Ill enjoy watching it. Wheres King Conan? or Hannibal? or Melkor the WitchHunter Whups ASS?

I hope VD and his old school spoo group play thru his scrpts like they were modules. Thatd be sweet to really check and see what and how good a property would really work.

lastly, forget about if hes on ENWorld is he out there in the MultiPlayer for the Riddick game Fraggin people? Now that would rock "Man I just got blasted by riddick himself!" does it even have a multiplayer? why am I rambling? why?

have fun Vin Diesel WHERVER you are!

So Vin Diesel doesn't sneak into his house and steal it.

Ah, so he's allergic to that Forest Fresh (tm) scent? Interesting.

Hey, for all we know the next 'new poster' to get slammed big time for asking a question that we've all seen 1000 times before good be one of these celebs.

Now all I can imagine is Reese Witherspoon sobbing and burying her 3.5ed giftset in a wardrobe because someone called her a n00b.

The point is, these people are really just people.

Not necessarily. Some celebrities are giant spiders, sentient jellies in metal cylinders, robots or, in extreme cases, rather woolly sheep.

They all put on their pants the same way we do.

Again, not so. To use one of your examples, Kevin Smith uses advanced matter transference to literally will his pants into existance around his legs (or his arms and head, if it's beena rough night), Grohl has a complex arrangement of pulleys and cranes to pull his on and Straczynki has 500 well oiled Nubian slaves for that purpose.

Did this man ever play in any good movies? Just saw Pitch Black yesterday and wasn't very impressed. The story seemed to skip forward instead of flowing, and so did the plot. Same deal about the characters. I don't mind plot twists, I even like them, but not when they are forced down my throat like yesterday.
I'm not commenting on acting abilities, as I don't think this was the kind of movie to show what you can do as an actor. So I'm still wondering if he can play something else in stead of the badass fighting machine.
I would like Hannibal to be a great movie, I'm also a historical wargamer and very much into this period, but I can't quite see Hannibal as an action hero. After the second punic war, Hannibal proved to be a very able politician, diplomat and administrator, I'dd like this to show in his early carreer. So if you are reading this: don't let us down, Vin!
