D&D 5E Docks Illustration?

I plugged it into TinEye. It appears to be an illustration by Gregory Manchess for a book called Magellan's World by Stuart Waldman.

EDIT: Ninja'd by Pukunui!
I did the same thing. TinEye is (usually) great for finding the original source of an image.

FWIW this is the only dock-themed image from Waterdeep: Dragon Heist:

It's not official D&D art. The artist is Gregory Manchess. Here is his Behance portfolio: Wild Spirits - Gregory Manchess

EDIT: And here on the Richard Solomon Artists representative LLC website, the filename is listed as "Gregory-Manchess-180-Pirate-Magellan-s-world-by-stuart-waldman-Dock.jpg" ... which leads me to a 2007 book by Stuart Waldman called Magellan's World, which Gregory Manchess illustrated.

So no, you won't find it in any official D&D 5e book.
Yeah I was looking around after posting and not finding it in Dragon Heist or Sword Coast Adventurers Guide. Even checked ChatGpt for Gregory Manchess in D&D art and it came back saying he had done some work but found none. I must have seen it online somewhere and misremembered. I wonder now if he actually has done anything for D&D. Is ChatGpt fibbing?

In any case, I really like that illustration. I think it’s the cow. 😂

Probably. I suspect Mr Manchess would be too expensive. (Yes, I know WotC is a wealthy company, but they’re known for being cheap when it comes to paying for commissioned art.)

His other work is excellent. Great eye, and based on some of his other customers, my guess is he'd be pricey.
