D&D 4E Does anyone agree with me about 4E?

I post here to present eleborate thoughts about the benefits and drawbacks of certain approaches and design decisions, based one some tiny bits of information about them, while showing a general optimisn, but definitely an enthusiasmn on discussing such matter...

... to have both shattered by being ignored, feeling ignored or just reading some general negative remarks on things not directly related to my post.

Oh, and I waste way too much time for all this (if waste means: Do less of the other stuff I usually do with my time)

They phrased it "roll to-hit" instead of "to-hit roll" or even "roll to hit." What could this mean? Stay tuned, I have an essay in the works.
I know exactly what it means, and it means the death of D&D as we know it. "Roll to-hit" betrays 4E's clear anime influence. Only a WoW fanboy would say "roll to-hit".

Why can't they at least have "to-hit roll" and "roll to hit" in sidebars? Why must they force a single way of saying things down our throats?

Your opinions are wrong, your play style is inferior, and the other members of your group are obviously fools.

Also, you misspelled something, and I'm not telling you what.

However, I'm going to add an emoticon to the end of my post, so even if I tell you to die in a fire, I won't get banned: ;)

You need to go back to school and read up on your mathematics, history, linguistics, psychology, sociology and meta-physics to even hope to debate this with me.

I'm not fooled by your passive-aggressive smiley, and I've reported you to the proper authorities. You should know by now that I'm absolutely humourless about what WotC has done to gamers everywhere.

I've been playing D&D for 47 years, and I've never met anyone who doesn't play the way I do, so you're clearly wrong. And ugly.

;)

I'm approaching this from a purely underwater-basketweaving perspective, so any comments you have would be completely invalid anyway.

Nothing I've seen so far has convinced me that this is not the end of our world as we know it. The end times are here, but my faithful followers and I will laugh as you fools are duped by empty promises.

But have a nice day now. :D (Attempt to use good manners in an ironic way to rile opponent even further)

I certainly do not share your opinions, for my own opinions are far superior and have logic and game history to back them up. It is obvious that I have been gaming much longer than you have...I can trace my gaming history back to 1974. And as irrelevant as it might seem, it proves that I know more about this game than anyone. Any. One.

Furthermore, the sports team from my area can beat the sports team from your area.

That may be true, but your sports team merely buys championships. And the players all use steroids. My sports team has character and determination.
