Does Poly Any Object have a save?

Does Poly Any Object have a save to see if you change forms at all?
I'm a bit uncertain by reading the description... maybe it's just me and I'm missing the horribly obvious. Also, how do you "undo" the effects of Poly Any Object. Would a Dispel Magic do it?

Yes, there's a save (for creatures, attended & magical objecs), and yes, Dispel Magic can dispel it (as the duration is not instantaneous).

Yes (Fort negates), but if you are polymorphing inanimate objects they obviously do not.
A Dispel Magic would indeed undo PAO.
