Does practiced spellcaster work with a warlock's eldritch blast?

None at all. Practiced spellcaster raises his caster level, which the eldritch blast is not dependent on (just his warlock level).

(A)Concur with Henrix - (B)though it shouldn't be too hard to model a similar feat for the Warlock on Practised Spellcaster.

Maybe the Warlock is considered 4 levels higher (to a max of HD) purely for damage dealt?
Require 4 Ranks Knowledge the Planes as the Warlock taps into his fiendish heritage (of Nature for Fey, Dungeoneering for Spelunking heritage, etc) to INCREASE HIS POWER

Rassilon.

Pretty sure that in a Q&A with the designer on the wizards forums he said that it was up to the DM as there aren't any rules for or against it that he knew of but that it probably wouldn't be overpowered.

It would increase Invocations known, EB damage, etc if allowed.

Not Invocations known. No more than taking Practiced Spellcaster on a sorcerer has them gain more spells known.

It would however add to caster-level for overcoming SR I think.

No, as EB is treaed as caster level 1 unless an essence or blast shape is added to it, in which case it takes on the caster level of that shape or essence.

That's spell level, not caster level.

There are complete arcane feats that reduce caster level (the mage killer ones). So if practised spellcaster doesn't affect a warlock positively, then do these ones affect as warlock negatively or not? Could one design a mage-killer warlock?
