Does Strike of Perfect Clarity multiply on a crit?

Does the +100 points of damage from the Strike of Perfect Clarity maneuver in Tome of Battle: The Book of Nine Swords get multiplied on a crit (as with Weapon Specialization, or Strength bonuses to damage) or not (as with flaming weapons flame damage, or sneak attacks)?

Nope. It says in the manuevers section (where is describes activating them and such) that extra damage from strikes isn't multiplied.
