First Post
25. A town built around a fey/shadow crossing or some other planar portal. The town is populated by various creatures from that plane, as well as warriors who draw power from the plane in order to both guard the material plane from threats of the plane, and protect the plane from threats of the material plane.

Legend
26: Guantanamo Bay: Named after it's main export, the small swampy bay is home to many bat filled caves. It's owned by an orphaned noble name Bruce Wayne, who controls the bat caves.

Legend
28: Pass- Town built where a pass is located. It could be a mountain pass connecting two countries or a land isthmus where wagons from inland cross to get to the harbor.

29: Floating Town- Could be a patch of reeds woven together to form islands with huts on to protect the people from creatures on land or something more fantastic like the back of a giant turtle or such.

30: War ravaged town. A town recovering from a war that laid waste to most of it, or perhaps from an attack by a large monster. Since a few months reconstruction has started on the town, but reminders of the recent past are everywhere.

Legend
31: Rush Town- I tend to think of a gold rush or other mineral where the town is laid out with no particular order and the inns and brothels compete with gaudy signage and try to be the first to be seen when walking into town. Wild West type of town.

32: Seasonal Town- A small typical village becomes more of a rush town each year when something happens. Some things may be a cattle drive, migration of nomadic tribes, opening of a portal, whale hunt, etc..
