Double Weapon Power attack

I have a question that may have been answered before, so sorry. Do I get the 2 for 1 power attack ratio when weilding a double weapon (for example the 2-bladed sword).

From the SRD:
Table: Two-Weapon Fighting Penalties
Circumstances Primary Hand Off Hand
Normal penalties –6 –10
Off-hand weapon is light –4 –8
Two-Weapon Fighting feat –4 –4
Off-hand weapon is light and Two-Weapon Fighting feat –2 –2

Double Weapons: You can use a double weapon to make an extra attack with the off-hand end of the weapon as if you were fighting with two weapons. The penalties apply as if the off-hand end of the weapon were a light weapon.

The text says that you only suffer two weapon fighting penelties when you use a double weapon in this way. It doesn't say that you treat the weapon for purposes of damage, etc, as a light and one handed weapon.

You can get the 2-for-1 power attack bonus, but you have to attack with only one head of the weapon. Otherwise, the primary head counts as a one-handed weapon and the secondary head as a light weapon.

What the Jester said. If you are getting the extra attack(s) from the off-hand end of the weapon, then no 2-for-1 Power Attack.

It's answered in the feat text.

If you attack with a two-handed weapon, or with a one-handed weapon wielded in two hands, instead add twice the number subtracted from your attack rolls. You can’t add the bonus from Power Attack to the damage dealt with a light weapon (except with unarmed strikes or natural weapon attacks), even though the penalty on attack rolls still applies. (Normally, you treat a double weapon as a one-handed weapon and a light weapon. If you choose to use a double weapon like a two-handed weapon, attacking with only one end of it in a round, you treat it as a two-handed weapon.)
