D&D 5E Down in Gracklstugh

I was wondering why the duergar of Gracklstugh haven't expanded their city to an incredible degree, since all they do is work and they've been there for hundreds of years.

Then I realized what must be going on. Clearly, the stone giants of Cairngorm Cavern are constantly eating everything they build!
