Cthulhu's Librarian said:...The only problem I had with the Ram was the bartender that was working on Friday night when a large group of us went there after the ENnies. He made it very difficult to order drinks, and got angry when we asked him for our change (I wasn't going to tip him the change for a $20 on a single beer). Other than that, the food was great, and the wait staff was very helpful and friendly, and overall a great place to eat.

P.F. Chang's is a national chain, though -- you don't need to go to Indy for that (in fact, my wife and I were just at the Northville, MI P.F. Chang's this weekend.) On the Cajun mentioned above, how does it compare to real, Southern cajun? Growing up not far from Galveston TX and the Lousianna border (well, not far by Texas standards anyway) I've been spoiled. There is no Cajun food worthy of the name in Detroit.JediSoth said:I'll chime in with mine as well, since I live in Indy.

Just a few minutes walk from GenCon, you don't even have to go outside. You MUST try the banana spring rolls. It's the cheapest, best dessert in town ($4.95).

This is reality for far more places than not. You play Ugly New Yorker with great enthusiyasm, whether you are trying to or not.
