Is there an easy fix on how to convert monster Damage Reduction from 3.0 to Damage Reduction in 3.5???

i.e. What would be equivalent to DR 30/+3??

Easy??? nope. You'll have to be more specific on what creature you are converting. Wasn't that the DR of an Iron Golem in 3.0? In that case it changed to DR 15/adamantine.
