Only the "True" dragons...

pity...I have always considered anything with the dragon "type" to be a true dragon, as it does not explicitly prohibit that in any of the rules.

Are planar dragons considered "true" (half-rust dragons for example)? What about the Shadow Dragon?

Does this bring back any of the stuff from Council of Wyrms 2ed? Like the dangers a dragon faces if it loses it hoard or the dragon classes (maybe now as PrCs or maybe mentioning them when you add class levels to a dragon?)

About how many spells are in there?


(Black Jaw: the Shadow Dragon is a true dragon. At least it was in Monsters of Faerûn, and I see no reason for this to change.)

Does anyone know if the Elemental Drakes are the ones from Dark Sun?

And just what's in the Dragon Index does it list every type of dragon with 3e stats, including the base 10, gem dragons, the ones from Monsters of Faerun, the Lung and Linnorms?

All dragons with complete sets of age categories are considered "true" dragons.

So there's nothing on the Gemstone dragons (currently sitting in MM2)? That's too bad..I always liked the "Neutral" branch of Dragonkind.

Presumably they'll be updated to 3.5 in the upcoming revised Psionics Handbook.

I'm actually more interested after a little though, can we get a list of feats dragons themselves are able to get? I mean I'm sure there are some from SS and that one issue of Dragon..but what else?

Also is Dragon Magic used at all (You know from BoEM 3?)

A must have for me !!! It's a real shame that they haven't included anything on Gem Dragons ! A bit more work for us that hoped that this book would be the definitive guide for a "Council of the Wyrms" conversion.
