Dragging a party member out of harm's way?

I'd have to say that the character can get hold of another character as a minor action and then a move action to move the character one square. OAs are provoked from the player who is being moved and by the player doing the moving (remember its only one OA per turn so only one of them get hurt). This can take place as long as the thing being dragged is not over the highest dragging limit.

The idea is that its not as good as the practiced manouvers from other classes, and rearranging furniture on the battlefield is not a good idea.
