Ok, so it's that time of year when the Gen*Con threads start dying down and it's safe for threads about other conventions to surface. I'll be there again this year with the Brobdingnagian Bards table; anyone else going?

I can hardly wait. Bringing 4 other gaming buddies with me. We didnt pre-reg for anything so I think on Friday we'll be despreately scampering around looking for games to join and programming trax to enjoy.

I will be there. first time back since somewhere in the early 90s iirc.

I am really looking forward to it.

After much debate we have decided that we need the break and so are going for 2 days rather than the full weekend (as we have done the last 2 years). I have to admit though, I am not looking forward to standign in line on both Friday and Saturday to buy tickets. a 2 day pass covering those days would be great, but they don't do it that way.

I used to work in the building(s) where Dragon*Con is held, and could wander downstairs on Thursday and Friday to see what was going on.

Haven't made it in a couple of years, and don't think I'll make it this year.
