Me too. I wouldn't know what to do with a CD these days!

In my tech world, I have an adapter to mount ATA style drives, a USB CD-ROM and a USB 3.5" floppy drive. Just in case. And yes, each has been used because some old tech came around that needed the files off of. Not very often, but worth the $20 each cost me.

You could use the CD as a placeholder for your rights to keep a digital copy elsewhere.
