Tiefling as its own creature type is confirmed.

Dragon Knight is likely a Dragonborn. That could be Mehen.

The Venca creating thing could be the Hand or Eye of Vecna or a Phyalactory.

Bird Bear = Owlbear

Elf Spider = Drider

Human Elf Monk = Half Elf Monk, perhaps of Lovitar.

The [creatures name] card is likely some kind of Lich.

The Instrument I'm guess is Morningmist.

And finally guess is the new Enchantment subtype is either Mythal or Dungeon.

I’m betting that “something only seen previously in Un-sets comes to black border” refers to sub-decks, which will be where Dungeon cards go, same as Contraptions. Though, I also wouldn’t be surprised if it was dice rolling. Maybe both?

I really hope that Dragonborn are Dragon type cards: that would change Dragon tribal in a great way.

A Phyalactory as an artifact that regenerates a powerful Lich token is a genius idea, I think you are right.

Exactly. The oddity of the statement, combined with the apparent oddity of whatever the Dungeon cards are, makes me auapicthwt is what is at play.
