This thread has inspired me to open up another thread about that most noble of professions: dragon slaying. I'd like to open up a dialog about tactics and ideas for fighting dragons in 5e. Since characters in 5e are generally weaker than their 3e and 4e counterparts, it takes careful planning to take on one of these beasts.
I'm almost certain that at some point in our campaign, we'll be taking on one of these monsters, and so I'd like to discuss potential strategy and tactics for taking one on. You know, other than "run blindly into its lair and get ground into hamburger."
