Dragonbane Miniatures Coming to Kickstarter

Free League Publishing in association with Titan Forge announced a line of miniatures for Dragonbane (or Drackar och Demoner for the old school fans of the Swedish RPG). From the press release:

Today, we're thrilled to announce a partnership with acclaimed miniatures maker Titan Forge to launch a wide range of high-quality miniatures sets for our award-winning Dragonbane fantasy RPG! The line will be launched in a Kickstarter by Titan Forge in the near future.​

The Northern Beasts miniatures sets will primarily focus on the monsters found in the Dragonbane Core Set and Bestiary, based on the amazing art by Johan Egerkrans and David Brasgalla, along with a range of heroes to face the horrifying beasts.

Each set will include an original mini-adventure by Free League featuring the monster in question, giving you everything you need to drop the miniatures straight into your Dragonbane campaigns! These amazing models will also be available for 3D printing.

Four sets have been pictured so far, as seen below. More details will come as the campaign gets closer to launch, such as if there will be additional sets or miniatures available as add-ons or stretch goals, or if pre-painted miniatures will be an option. The pre-launch page is currently up on Kickstarter to sign up for updates.

The KS is for printed minis. They will just be available as STLs, too.

The adult dragon has only back legs, but the dragon on the tree has four legs, and one of the dragons has centipede legs?

Cool variety.

The snake-like reptile with only arms is a lindworm (also lindwyrm or lindwurm in mythology) as Dragonbane borrows more from Swedish mythology than most. Powerwise, they fill in around where D&D would put a wyvern?

The difference, though, is that the DB lindworm is an intelligent, but greedy, opponent vs the common portrayal of wyvern being the more feral cousin to dragons.
