Lots of new racial feats and a few new abilities, including epic utilities.

Won't post everything, but I do like this new Heroic Feat:

Adaptable Breath [Dragonborn]
Prerequisites: Dragonborn, dragon breath
racial power
Benefit: Choose a damage type your breath weapon doesn’t already have from among acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. When you use your dragon breath racial power, you choose which damage type applies to the attack. Only one damage type applies for a given dragon breath attack.
Special: You can take this feat more than once. Each time you select this feat, choose another damage type for your dragon breath power that you don’t already have for it.

The utility says its epic, but its a paragon feat and can replace any 12th or higher utility power you have. So if you have a poor paragon utility you could pick that instead.

Three feat requirement, 2 of them good, one of them not so good. Pretty darn good Utility power though! [immediate reaction on hitting 0 HP, regain HP equal to healing surge+cha, and gain +cha to att and dmg against enemy that dropped you to zero]

If we can expect similar for the other races it will be quite interesting.

I like all the crunch so far... I'm too tired to actually read the rest.

Time to start a list of corrections, though:

  1. Dragonborn Zeal should probably be a Paragon Dragonborn Racial Utility instead of Epic.
  2. Dragonborn Commandant leaves out mention of Dragonborn Frenzy in each specific attack. This conflicts with Dragonborn Elementalist, which has a note in each specific attack. Consistency is good when they're right next to each other...:hmm:
  3. Winging Wind on the Dragonborn Elementalist has a slight formatting problem. [And should really be above DB Frenzy...]

Anyone else think Designating Smite might be a tad too powerful for a recharge power? Imagine running this guy with minions that have ranged attacks... Though, I guess if the PCs are smart, they would take out the lackeys first.

*Does some quick math...* Stick a Commandant with 12 minions that have a ranged attack of some sort. Commandant does Designating Smite on someone. All minions proceed to attack said player... assuming 50% is normal, so 55% on attack... that player can be expecting 7 attacks hit for a total of around 63 damage (assuming minion does 5 damage normally). Ouchies.

So good isnt that power... How many times are you going to hit absolutely 0? Not 1 or -1 but 0...

Is DDI costing money now? I tried to log on and it said my account was invalid or something. If not, I wonder what the problem is...

It's not costing money, but you do seem to have to create an account now, wehereas before you could just hit the login button with the fields empty.

Then I don't know what the problem is. I can still log in OK, although attempting to open the file opens an internet page with headers and a bunch of gibberish characters, which is peculiar since I've been able to open all the other ones in teh past. Ah well, may be because I'm doing it on the less than stellar work PC...
