D&D 5E (2014) Dragonborn reproduction - eggs or live young?

I put this out there maybe Dragonborn breasts are like a camels humps, stores of fat and water, that in the Dragonborn's case sustain her while she lays a clutch of eggs, so she doesn't have to hunt or forages when she lays eggs, possibly for days.

The Player's Handbook dragonborn race is its own species; they are entirely separate from the 3rd edition Dragonborn of Bahamut, which were the product of a ritual that transformed other humanoids. Player's Handbook dragonborn definitely hatch from eggs, like reptiles.

Also of note, as of 5th edition, dragonborn women officially do not have breasts, according to Chris Perkins' twitter.
