If a Dragonborn fighter uses her Dragonbreath on 3 foes, can she immediately mark all 3?

Aoe marking is risky but isn't that what being a defender is all about?

Add another vote to the Yes answer.

I like to think of Fighter Marking as a flow chart. Pick a creature and then ask:

Did you attack the creature this turn?

If yes, you may mark, if no, no marking that creature this turn.

In this case, since you did attack the creature, you can mark it.
