Right, but that was touted as a sourcebook with an adventure ... whereas it seems like they're marketing Shadow of the Dragon Queen as an adventure rather than a setting guide or whatever.
I mean the Heroes of Krynn UA has a new race, a new subclass, and two backgrounds plus a bunch of feats. I'm fairly certain that's more player-facing content than Strixhaven gave us.

I guess. I still think it will be more adventure than sourcebook. But I guess we'll have to wait and see!

But the only reason to call it "Dragonlance" is financial.

"It doesn't match a few items I care about, so it isn't X" was a point people tried to make back in the Edition Wars.

But that assertion requires a level of moral authority to make it stick. And nobody here has that. They didn't have it about D&D, and they don't have it about Dragonlance.

Folks should stop drawing lines around things as if they were plots of land they owned.

I think the goal here is to nip it in the bud before it gets really entrenched.

Basically to avoid it stop telling people what’s wrong with something and start extolling the virtues of stuff you like.

It’s really that simple.

Surely we could find the reason to explain all possible retcons, reboot or reimagination of Krynnspace and the rest of D&D multiverse:

Let's remembers besides Absalon and Taladas there is more continents, Adlatum (this is practically an empty page, the perfect sandbox) and Ithin'carthia. And if the Feywild and the Shadowfell are added to the Krynnspace, then we have got the joker card.

And the Krynnspace is also the "sandbox" to explain where new elements come from.
