The Hover dragon feat states that while Hovering the dragon can make 2 additional claw attacks using its hind feet. Now my question is, at what attack bonus would these 2 extra claw attacks be?
Would it be at Attack Bonus of its two normal claws? Or perhaps at a -5 penalty (assuming it does not have the multiattack feat)?
