would you like to see Dragonstar miniatures ?

I should probably say why i voted no,

First and Foremost i don;t think enough variety has been established in the genre yet to warrunt specific Dragonstar miniatures.

Second because Dragonstar makes use of most creatures that already exist in D&D so far so can easily make use of normal D&D miniatures

And finally because for sci fi miniture needs there are already plenty which can be used with ease, WH40k minis and so forth...

there isn;t really enough specifically Dragonstar so far that would need their own miniatures, but when there is my no would become a yes for sure.

Besides 40K mini's (which I think look too cartoonish) I dont know of another sci-fi fantasy mini line. If you do please give me the name.

I'm not even sure I know a straight sci-fi mini company or set.

There was also a sci fi line of miniatures done by ral partha/minifigs or Reaper minis wahtever they are now called

They did yes, they distribute through a company called Minifigs here in the UK, i have one of their old catalogues somewhere and there were pages of really cool sci fi mini's used for some game or other.

a) Dragonstar is not all that popular

b) Folks who play dragonstar don't use mini/or use 40K or fantasy mini's

I was hoping to use this poll as a encouragement for them to produce such a product but now I see why they do not.

A) i'm pretty sure the nigh on 600 folks over on the DSD yahoo group dedicated solely to the game would agree with you , most likely don;t visit the EnWorld boards is all, likely using the FFG boards instead?

B) fair kopp! on both counts i suspect varying from person to person
