[Dream] Template?

Is anyone currently using a [Dream] template?
I plan on creating a character based on the text on Page 202 2nd column, 4th paragraph of the Manual of the Planes.
For those without the book it basically says occasionally when dreamscapes rupture the dream can become reality on the Prime Material. I plan on having a character be the remnant of a ruptured dreamscape, and was looking for a template or something to represent his non-natural origins.
I'd love to get others' takes on this.
I could have sworn I had something like this in one of my 3e books but after a week of looking I still can't find it. I combed a bunch of the forums for something like this but found nothing. If there is something I missed sorry for the previously answered question.

There is a dragon issue that has a plane of dreams statted in it with a "Dream Creature" template in it. Not how useful that is though, considering I don't remember the issue #

Dragon 287, page 34, has the Dream Element template! The article also has cool ideas on variant planes of dream.

I have no idea what the MoP content on dreams is, but there's some interesting stuff to do with adventuring in dreams in Atlas' Occult Lore and dream creatures in their Fantasy Bestiary.
