Drider as a PC

I heared some players talking about starting an evil campaign and the Drider race was mentioned. Out of curiosity I looked them up and now I got some questions.

Is there a Drider race/class available?

They get a +4 racial bonus to hide and move silent skills and a player thinks this auto qualifies them for Assassin?

Lolth applies this curse/template to those who have failed the "Drow test"
theres some question if they are the ones who passed the test, who knows? Either way the Drow is transformed into this hideuos apparation
and is a 6th level spell caster? Can a PC become a 7th and therefor progress this as a spellcasting class or would additional monster levels suffice?

My "other" group wants to start a evil campiagn. One of the races brought up was Drider. One player also wanted a evil version of the VoP showing his sacrifice to a diety

Bonus modifiers do not count towards ranks in skills for PrC requirements.
For another similar example, an Elf with +4 modifier from Dex cannot pick up the Assassin class at level 1 Rogue (4 ranks + 4 modifer). Applying the same idea to racial skill modifiers is a logical step.

PrC's wording specifically states skill requirements as 8 RANKS, 4 RANKS, etc.

As for an "evil VoP", check out Book of Vile Darkness, around page 25 for sacrifice and other rewards. It isn't -quite- the same, but I think it is an equivalent idea.
