You guys are argueing about guidelines, something not set in stone in the rules. If you really want a definitive answer then contact the Sage or other Wizard officials.

I've written him also about this, but I've yet to ever get a response from him out of about ten e-mails I've sent on various subjects.

Here's an idea, post this question in the right forum. This is a rules question. More poeple do read and respond in the rules forum. You also might try a little less bickering as that chases people away.

No claimed he was perfect as I have had problems with his rulings in the past. I think the problem is comunication, he tells you the way things are and not why or how he came to it.

However, the thread on this over in the Rules Forum seems to be doing quite well.

I've noticed. However, I hope voters read at least some of the posts here before voting, and check appropriate rulings in the DMG. I'm sure they will.

It's kinda frustrating, as a couple aren't even reading the whole question at all, and the thread is moving pretty slow too. In fact, there's hardly any votes at all. *shrug*
