D&D 4E Drizzt Do'Urden 4E Stats

I decided to take a stab at stating up Drizzt for 4E. Surprisingly, even a lvl 1 ranger can represent Drizzt's cababilities very well. He was built using point-buy for the ability scores, and he is shown at lvls 1, 11, and 20 (imo he would be 20 after the latest novel, but shouldn't be epic). The "Demonslayer" property for Icingdeath I customized based off the "Dragonslayer" weapon property. Enjoy! :D

Icingdeath has always been a Frost Weapon in every incarnation. Did you base this off the fact that he defeated Errtu using it?

Originally, I believe it was a +3 Frostbrand in 2e, but the frostbrand became a +3 frost scimitar in 3.x

The game stats made it a frost weapon, but it's only ever displayed ice properties of any kind when Drizzt was fighting demons. Against anything else it is just a diamond edged blade.

Basically I stated Drizzt and his gear according to the stories instead of trying to follow previously released versions of his stats.

Also notice that it does frost damage on crits vs demons, so some of that "frost" property is there. In the novels, that's the only time it's had ice powers.

Shouldn't the melee attack at 1st level be +4?

+2 from Str bonus
+2 from proficiency bonus

Where are you getting the additional +1?
