Drizzt Movie?

They will cast Bow-Wow as the young Drizzt, and Yishan Zhang in a supporting role, and will be a re-hash of a Rush Hour script.

I heard that they're planning a buddy cross-over video game with Kratos and Drizzt going into the Demonweb Pits to fight Lolth.
O.O that thought makes my head hurt. lol

Meanwhile, in the next theater over, Kratos is pleasuring a 6-armed Hindu goddess and her attendants.
I'd be more interested in seeing this one.

It's terrible, and I imagine this is what he's talking about. Lots of cheese. Decent choreographed fights. As far as fan movies go, it's pretty good. better than the [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_4Ju6ZqKPU"]live action thundercats[/ame] that someone made a few years back. The [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fb50GMmY5nk"]cg over actual movie clips[/ame] looked better. All of those are only trailers with nothing real designed to follow them.

However, it doesn't hold a candle to the fan made lord of the rings film the hunt for gollum, which was legitimately good and tells me they wasted alot of money making the actual lord of the rings movies. Hunt for Gollum is like 30 minutes long.

And yet still none of those come anywhere close to this art project from, like, 2003: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5V-fF-2URE&feature=related]YouTube - Drizzt mithril drow fantasy[/ame]

As much as I loathe Drizzt, I'd love to see a well-done movie of him. There's enough action to make for a decent summer popcorn movie, and it would get more people into D&D.

And it can't be worse than the first D&D movie.

You know, I actually agree with this. They'd need to paint her black, but I don't think she'd mind. She seems to be down with all those weird looks.
Describing black skin as a "weird look" has extremely undesirable implications, as does suggesting painting someone in blackface.
