Perram

Explorer
The Drop Down Menus go off the screen to the right, hiding half of their options.

Happens on Chrome and Newest Firefox on Windows 7.

Someone, I can't for the life of me remember who, suggested using the arrow keys to scroll right when you have the menu open. Works for me.

It was working OK for me for a while if I was viewing on a larger monitor. Now it has reverted to being mostly off to the right of the screen no matter what.

We've been trying to fix it for ages. It seems very resistant to it.
Great, the vBulletin code is adapting. EN World is the origin of SkyNet.

This has now gotten worse.

It now breaks on ALL browsers on all three of my computers, running XP and Windows 7. One monitor, multiple monitors...

My suggestions is to just remove the drop down from the forum link, and have it just go to the old forum link.

It is unusable as it stands, and reflects badly on the site.

Well, that seems like a bit of hyperbole. It's annoying, yes, but it's hardly the end of the world.

Couldn't this be solved by simply putting the messageboard drop down first in the row? Arguable they're one of the biggest features of the site, so it makes sense that they would be first anyway. In fact, it could replace the "Profile/Settings" drop down since both of those are available in the "Do Stuff!" drop down.

Whatever the case, I'd hate to see them simply removed (as they are now) because they were a very convenient and quick way to jump around the boards. Just my 2 coppers.
