You must not be looking very hard then, I frequently see people complaining about how much time it takes to 'stat up' monsters/npc's, especially at higher levels.Razz said:I don't remember ever hearing anyone that plays or DMs D&D to want classed NPCs, but they gave it to us thinking we would like it.
What's more pointless? Yet another feat or PrC that I might be able to use if I remember what book it's in at the time that I need it? Considering that I've actually made use of the pre-statted NPC's a few times when I've been either pressed for time or when I forgot to do the work, I've found them imminently usable.It's not just classed monsters that bug me, I sincerely don't like pointless filler.

Then they might as well not release anymore monster books, because they're bound to mess those up.Considering the classed monsters are as laden with errors as NPC statistics, I really don't see the point.
