An interesting example to look at would be the Troll Hunter entry in the MMI. It shows using manufactured weapons with natural weapons.

In which case you take your iteratives, and then natural attacks.

It should be consistent with the preceding monk/druid example in this thread.

And all secondary natural attacks only gain 0.5x str bonus to damage, even if they're normally primary attacks that add 1 or 1.5x. Making them secondary (by making iterative attacks with a manufactured weapon or unarmed strike) drops the bonus damage for them from strength.
