And the normal size for an ogre is larger than he was before the magical effect was applied. In what sense is that not an increase in size?

What about if a Stone Giant (huge) Shapeshifts into an Ogre (large); can he be Enlarged?

Barring house rules that make them huge, stone giants are large size class. Now IMHO they should be huge and i have made them such IMC.
