Druidish wizard?

Sounds like a wizards to me.

I'm now beginning to see the wisdom of this advice. My DM denied me the option of the "domain wizard" from Unearthed Arcana (which might have given me access to some druidy spells. I have to admit that he is probably correct. It's not a balanced ability. So, I think I'll just try to make a really good druid.
