Dungeon board game

I am thinking about picking up a copy of the old Dungeon boardgame so I can begin the brainwas... errr, I mean so I can play a simple game with my daughter (7 years old). After looking around on eBay, I see that TSR created several distinct versions of the game. There is also a Fantasy Forest game that looks promising. My question is: which one of these games (and which version) is the best?

Oh, wow. What joy that was. Back in the day, when parents still thought D&D was satanic, they bought and played Dungeon with me (after all, it's Dungeon, not Dungeons & Dragons).

When I started playing D&D I was like, "Paladin? Instant healing? That sounds familiar."

Joy... :)

There was really only one major version of Dungeon.
Just different packagin, really - if you want that game, ny will do.

However, for a girl, I wouldn't recommend Dungeon - I picked up Key to the Kingdom - it's more colorful, and easier for kids to immerse themselves in than the somwhat abstract Dungeon.

Go to www.boardgamegeek.com and look up the descriptions.
