No problem with the craft skills. I'll get tools when I can afford 'em--for now, I think my bow is worth more. I'll make the changes in his wealth, but I'm a little confused about his weight. Did you just give me masterwork tools? (the extra 5 pounds?) I'll wait for your response before updating his sheet.

As for the extra spell, cool! :)

The extra weight comes from clothing and money, which E-tools accounts for.

I have to say that I'm pretty sure the weight E-tools figured for Dagg is wrong, too. I just don't see where that extra few pounds is coming from. Normally I wouldn't bother, but he's teetering on the edge between a medium and heavy load.

Same thing with the gold... Although I won't argue as much... ;)

See above, for the weight issue.

As for the gold, hey, I'd just roll with it. :)

Gray Shade and Lazlow, you can go ahead and post your character sheets over at the Rogue's Gallery now.

I won't swear I won't ask you to change anything else, but they're real close. :)

Ah! The old counting in the clothing trick, eh? Okay, well, if you insist.

As for the extra spell, I'll take Resistence (the ONLY 0-level Abjuration spell), and I'll LIKE it!

Also, I'm posting Wiliby now on the rogue's gallery.

Ah, got it. I got no beef with the clothing and money weights - he CERTAINLY wouldn't complain about being weighed down with "too much" money, and I figure his clothes are so caked with dirt that they would weigh more than that, really. No complaints from me! :)

Edit: Dagg's up in the Rogue's Gallery.

@Lord_Raven88:

I'm starting to look over Delghar now, but I notice that his listed domains (Strength, War) aren't appropriate for a cleric of Moradin (whose domains are Earth, Protection, Good, and either Law or Creation, depending on whether you believe the PHB or ComDiv).

So, we'll need an adjustment there, one way or the other.

Thanks,

Just one other point to make about Dagg's sheet....

His medium load will cause him to incur a -3 penalty to several of his skills (the armor check penalty skills) and that's not reflected on the character sheet. Oh, and there's the additional -6 penalty to Jump, due to his move of 20'.

Other than that, he's good.

Ferrix:

I've figured out that E-tools does calculate the weight of Dair's armor and weapons correctly, but not for the gear items that should be at a quarter of normal weight (backpack, etc.)...it's incorrectly calculating those at half-weight, so that's where the majority of the difference is coming from, presumably.

However, I should point out that some items (such as grappling hook) do not receive a weight adjustment based on the character's size, and so it should weight the full 4 pounds regardless. This is just one example from Dair's sheet...there may be others. Basically, I don't want to get too bogged down on this point, but it is important to know whether Dair is carrying a light or medium load. The research continues....
