Although I subscribed online, through their deal that offers Dragon & Dungeon, and so far I've received two of the former and none of the latter. I guess I need to write their customer service and find out what's up.

From past topics about such things it's apparently quicker to call them, plus their supposed to be nice so if you can manage to fit it in try that instead.
