Courtesy of Uwe Boll. That name is - on its own - good enough reason to be utterly convinced this movie will stink.

It's not that it has to stink or that it could not be made into a decent enough movie. It can; it could.

But there is no way on god's green earth that Uwe Boll will be involved in a movie that anyone on these forums will want to see.

If you've ever seen Alone in the Dark, you'd know that I mean.

Yes, gawd forbid anyone on these forums lower their standards.

I can't exactly put my finger on it, but it seems to be ripping off the visual style of another recent fantasy movie series.

Lord, this movie will bring in buckets of the money and run Rings around its competition. :D

Well, there are some who are hidden fans...and yes, it was posted already. :p

Ah. I did a search for the word "siege" and didn't see it. I just saw your post and you spelled "siege" wrong. So it's your fault. :p

Wow, what a huge number of B-grade celebrities (some fan-faves, though) in a movie trailer that screams "Made for Television"...

Could be fun, though. In a mindless way.

"Alone in the Dark" is probably watchable compare to "House of the Dead." He actually put shots of the House of the Dead videogames in the middle of fight scenes! I'm scarred for life thanks to Uwe Boll. :uhoh:
