Dwarf Warden 2nd Winds

Warden Reach for OA - need some idea's on the concept

Thinking of a way to get as much OA's as possible.
With reach weapons can you use your wardens powers to get OA's when they are a few squares away from you if you have reach ?

Non-adjacent OAs require "threatening reach", which is mostly a property of monsters but can be achieved situationally by characters with a handful of paragon paths. It's not easy and might cost more than it benefits.

Its a lot of work to get those 2nd winds, and feats, if you are looking to have a decent 2nd wind buff to defences.

Where one feat "Platinum Scales" sorcerer L22 utility gives +Con mod to all defences for an entire encounter.

I've been looking at ways to get your second wind back for a hybrid cleric/warden build.

Some ways to consider that have not yet been mentioned.

Divine vigor (Cleric Level 6 Daily Utility) - you and each ally within 5 squares regain their second wind.

Initiate of the Old Faith + Vital Form (Druid Paragon Feat) - regain your second wind 1/encounter when using wild shape.

Forge of Creation (Chosen of Moradin - Level 26 Utility) - You and each ally who hit with at least one attack regain healing surge + second wind + daily item power use.

Also level 9 dailiy Form of the Wolverine allows non dwarves to use second wind as a minor and dwarves to use it as a free action for 1 encounter/day.

There is also a level 2 Warlord utility that costs a minor action to trigger an allies 2nd wind.
