E-Tools question

I was trying to create an NPC proficient with the fullblade using eTools. (patched to 1.4 all data sets installed).

The character is medium sized.
I selected the exotic weapon proficiency Fullblade.
When I go to Equip the fullblade it says I need the exotic weapon proficiency to use the fullblade.

Is there anyway I can fix this or is this a bug that will need another patch from CMP?
