EBERRON CAMPAIGN WORLD

I am going to roughly paraphrase the introduction to this game world from the Campaign book.

Eberron is a medievil world of magic, monsters and adventure where magic has become a form of technology. Societies are shaped by the use of these magics allowing for mass transit systems, one mile tall skyscrapper type towers and the creation of living constructs.

This world has recently ended a long 100 year world war that has depleted the world of high level characters and made for forgotten and recently rediscovered ruins and treasures. However in this cold war type of condition, there is a great deal of intrigue between power groups looking to shape and control the world and also between the countries that remain.

The Siberys Seven Storyhour will deal largely with ancient times of Giants, Fiends and Dragons along with Dragon marks and other unique things to Eberron that will be explained and explored later on.

A section of Lower Menthis Plateau

"Its residents include a number of people associated with Morgrave University, since it is located directly below the University District and it offers much cheaper housing than can be found in the ward above. In fact, groups of students share inexpensive housing here, so close to the illicit pleasures of lower Menthis, and are responsible for much of the rowdiness that sometimes disturbs the peace of Center Bridge."

To me this equal to the student living area for a college town which will include clubs, smoke houses and other activities associted with young men and women. I thought it would be a good starting point for my crew that enjoy life and adventure.
 

ADVENTURER'S HOME
Tavern / Night Club in Sharn, Breland

Having problems downloading the picture sooooo......

It is a two layer section of a tower measureing roughly 75 x75.

"First" Floor has two exists. Main one in front and a smaller rear exist off to the left hand side. Back 15 feet is two storage rooms with a small kitcken. Before that is a bar. To the far right is a his / her water room. To the far left is stairs leading up. The rest is largely open for dancing and tables with chairs.

The "Second" Floor has several large rooms for employees with their own water room. Then there are cheap rent by the hour rooms in the middle. Four rooms with windows that overlook the bridges / paths that lead to the front door are rooms one can rent by the day, week or month.

HISTORY
Leeya has a rich background in Sharn. She is of Noble Blood. She is MARRIED to a Dark Lantern (though the marriage is falling apart). She is also experiencing nightmares that truly rattle her for hours afterwards. They seem to always deal with water and flooding. Many believe this is a result with her fascination with fallen empires and how they came to an end. Others say the fascination comes from a link with Eberron or its past.
