Eberron Updates to 4th edition?

Evenglare

So im going to run an eberron campaign, and looking through the ECS about 90% of it is still usable, and the stuff that isnt , they have come out with 4th edition stuff for it. (warforged, shifters, artificers etc etc ) However, one thing is still kind of irking me. Has anyone done a good replacement for dragon marks yet?

A few of the mark powers seem to jive with rituals (Secret page, for instance). Others are, pretty much, Utility powers.

So here is how I think I would do it, now that I have spent very little time thinking about it.

Take each house, put together a list of Utility powers that resemble what that house should Do. For instance, some of the Rogue/Ranger/Warlock powers go great for the House of Shadow. Deneith and the Dwarf house, certain Fighter, Warlord, or certain Wizard utility powers.

Least Dragonmark: Pick a Utility power (levels 2) from your House's list..
Lesser Dragonmark: Pick a Utility 6 power from your House List.
Greater Mark: Pick a Utility 10 power from your House list.
Siberys: Pick a Utility Power 16 from your house list.

Those levels are a little off I think.

A 3e can get a Siberys mark at 16th level which means that it equates to a 24th level ability in 4e. I think heir of Siberys should be an epic destiny.

Least should be available at 1st level still: the abilities are no more powerful than the racial abilities.

Lesser should be available late in the heroic tier. Greater mid-way through Paragon. Putting this into story perspective, you hear about a fair number of least and lesser marks but greater marks are practically the stuff of legend. Siberys marks are epic abilities generally linked to major features of the draconic prophesy.

The powers themselves will probably be equal to or less powerful than a related utility power but each would be a daily (or rarely) encounter power (for those weaker abilities that had 2 or 3 uses per day).

Also, many of the DM powers are rituals now. I don't think that is a problem. Within the economy of Eberron, the ability of the houses to Cure Disease or Comprehend Language without spending component and with much less time would be a key part of what brought the houses to power.

So, for the Mark of Healing:
Least - Cure Light Wounds, 1/day
Lesser - Cure Serious Wounds, 1/day
Greater - Cure Disease, 1/day
