[Eberron] What prestige class is this from

I heard of a prestige class for the Eberron setting, in which the class has phantom steeds as a mount. I was wondering what book that was in, if it really does exist.

Also, if a paladin takes the class, can he use the phantom mount for his paladin mount?

Knight Phantom

Knight Phantom is really a more high-powered version of the Eldritch Knight from Dungeon Master's Guide. I has higher class HD, special abilities and full spellcasting progression except for 1st level where they get to cast spells in light armor. All in all a very cool class and what the Eldritch Knight should have been, in my opinion.

Yup- neat "thinking outside of the box" ideas for paladins. I will be using it quite a bit in the future.
