For starters, Mialee's looking much better in this edition.
4e characters will have a Comlines stat, and Mialee just got a +6! :)

I'm not sure that's Mialee. Mialee was never a Fighter, and this elf lady has both a sword and is wearing armor.

I think the glowy keyfob (is that a lizard head?) is a teaser. A non-standard wizardly implement? A flaccid wand?

If she is a fighter-wizard, note the armor. Not clear what kind it is, but perhaps fighter-wizards can wear (light?) armor.

Lastly, note the electric arc going from the sword tip to the Death Knight's chest. I don't think that's artistic license. I think this fighter-wizard elf lady is delivering a Shocking Grasp (or its 4e equivalent) through her sword.

I agree it looks like she's casting a touch spell with her sword. Or using some sort of ray attack from it.

However, I have the feeling that maybe the spell might be coming out of the thing in her hand?

The elf chick is a cleric or paladin, her holy symbol is a dragon's head (Bahamut?), and she's enchanting her sword to deal more (holy?) damage to the deathknight, whose symbol is a serpent (Set?).

Also, judging by the skulls tied to its belt, the deathknight killed the gnomes and took their stuff skulls.

It's interesting that they made one of the death knight origin stories as Orcus being their creator rather than Demogorgon. I like the change, but I'm just used to the old story.

And is it me or does that leather cord on the symbol kind of look like a rat's tail?

I remember thinking "why Demogorgon?" in the first place.
