EL Question

Hello! My brain has shut down. I'm amazed I can even type this. I'm trying to set up a high-level encounter, but I can't seem to get my mind around what the encounter level of my rough draft idea is.

The monsters in the encounter include 1 flamebringer (a custom-made CR 18 phrenic fire giant pyrokineticist), 8 fire giants (CR 10 each), 4 hellhounds (CR 3 each), and 2 ettins (CR 6 each).

So, O Game Gurus!, what is the EL of this monstrous raiding party?

Eight CR 10 giants are EL 16. One 18 and one 16 "sidekick" monster equals a +1 bump, so EL 19. The rest effect XP but not EL, they are too low.
