In Eberron, an Elven Paladin's divine patron would depend on his origin.. If he's an Aereni or Valenar Elf, he'd worship the Undying Court, which is Neutral Good. Otherwise, if he's an Urban Elf, he'd worship Dol Arrah (LG) or the Silver Flame (LG).
Amoung the Priests of Passage (Aereni) I believe the Deathguard would be the best group for a paladin to be a member of.
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ebee/20060220a has some good deathguard info.

For the Valenar the Keepers of the Past are mostly bards with a few clerics, but a Valenar elf emulating a specific histoircal elven Paladin from the giant rebellion would work just fine.
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ebds/20041011a has stuff about the keepers.

For a long-time Khorvaire elf any god would work. I'd especially mention that the Blood of Vol would be an interesting choice, on the Wizards boards there's a Blood of Vol paladin order here: http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?referrerid=406019&t=602520 that would fit very well for an elf paladin (Elves in Khorvaire are mostly immigrants who left after the Vol family was destroyed and many had sympathy to the group).

A Lawful Elven God

Check out Vandria Gilmadrith from Races of the Wild, pg 23. LN goddess of war, guardianship, justice, grief, vigilance and decision. Law, Protection and War domains. Does not accept evil clerics. Clerics must be N, L/N, LG or NG. Favors the longbow. If that deity is allowed in a campaign I would use it for an elven paladin...not PALLY...gawds I hate that term.

Whenever I've encountered it, it's just being used as shorthand. 'Pally' is to paladin what 'barb' is to barbarian and 'psywar' is to psychic warrior.

The day I hear a player at my table say "barb" for barbarian is the day I hang up my dice bag. Or, perhaps more appropriately, the day I boot out said player.

Thankfully, my players don't come from the OHMYGAWDSOFRICKIN'COOOOOL!!!11!!one1!! school of gaming. They're all in their 30s.

Same here. :) I feel like I'm being stabbed in the back of my eyes every time someone says "char" instead of "character," or "gooey" when they mean a GUI.

Wow, using a reductive is a booting offense? That seems a bit harsh.

Clearly you are all superior gamers. :p
