Figured this was the best way to share these.

I didn't do doubles for all numers, just the two most common.
the column is what number (or lower) you opt to reroll on; if blank, the average goes below not rerolling.

Your numbers and methodology are incorrect. Neither Empower Spell NOR GWF allow you to choose the better of the rolls. You get whatever the reroll is. The average reroll therefore will be whatever the average roll on the die is.

EDIT: Well, your numbers are off for SOME of those anyway. The d10 actually seems to be appropriate at least.

I'm no math whiz so I can be totally off, but it looks right to me?

Someone else did the same table over here with the same results.

The numbers are off for the d12, which was the first one I checked. I didn't initially feel the need to audit the entire table. Regardless, these averages apply ONLY if you decide which numbers you're going to reroll on BEFORE rolling in the first place. Once you have actually rolled the 1 (or whatever) the average reroll becomes the die average. Giving the table some -marginal- worth if you're trying to compare the benefit of particular reroll abilities...aside from the fact that the figures don't take into account limitations such as the maximum number of rerolled dice for Empower spell...but none whatsoever if you're trying to decide whether or not to reroll.
