<-- shamelessly voted for his suggested name.

Yeah... me too... ;)

I was thinking about the name Mor's End... and thought it might also work as Moors End... That brought thoughts of a city in the heart of the moors along a busy trade route. The city is near a large lake (like one of the great lakes of North America).

The chief trade of the surrounding countryside is cattle and sheep. There is some farming, but a lot of the food is imported. The city is famed for the fine leathers made there... If you wanted to go for a laugh... don't forget that cattle also produce cheese... and you can get as cheesy as you want with that.

Anyway... just throwing my random thought out there... :p

I would be ever so obliged to volunteer for the ("insert city name here") Project. Is there somewhere I need to sign up, or is it pretty much an informal thing?

Yep, I'd love to contribute to the wonderful city of Enoria:) Or maybe Noahnn? Well, I guess everyone can use their prefered name when they use the city...

Here's a thought on development in general.
Each of the people who've volunteered to help could start off by:
Posting a known city personality. i.e. Captain of the Guard, a well-liked tavern owener, a notorious rogue, a wealthy merchant, the town begger, etc.
Same could be done with each person taking a single business, guild, or temple.
So it starts off as a village but as people add to it the village turns into a town, then a city. Mimicking how a real city develops. This would allow a history to develop as it grows.

But however it's developed, I'm still in:)

There sure are a lot of names here. I wonder if we could use some of them for place names within the city (neighborhood names, shop/tavern names, landmarks, etc.)...

You mean something like:
- Krug's Mercenaries
- Darklight's Majik Emporium
- Sixchan's School of Music
- Lalato's Boudoir

;)
